Toad Dissecting..(Edited)

Today is Friday and we have our Bio class yeah~~as teacher promised to let us dissect frog today(actually they are toads) to see its respiratory system. I was asked to buy the frogs, but i just knew it on this Wednesday, so i could not make sure to get the frogs.

So yesterday morning my mum helped me to search the frogs in the morning market but don't have. So we decided to search at the night market which located in SS2. Unfortunately, don't have again!! Where are the frogs??? I was getting worried because we planned to do dissecting today, if we cant get the frogs then sure will be very disappointing.So the last chance is either search at the morning market again today, or search in other markets. If got, my parents will send it to school.

Today i called my dad at 8 something, then he told me that he was searching the frogs at OUG morning market. I felt like he was angry or vexed with me because i troubled them..Sorry dad. After that i called him again at 9.30, i was so happy that he got it!! woohoo~~~

Later was the experiment. We started with putting the frogs into a pot with chloroform. I don't know from where i got the courage to catch the frogs with my bared hand, and put them into the pot. I can feel the frog's breathing. Sorry Mr Frog, I don't mean to do that.

I think i had become mature,haha. When I last time think of it, i will sure at the verge of nervous breakdown. One of the frog even jumped out from the pot and tried to escape from the chloroform. I dare to catch 2 frogs at the same time..Wah~~~i had improved myself ^^ The skin is just slippery and sticky. For me, holding a rear frog is better than dissecting a frog. It's not that scary, terrible and disgusting.

Then, out Bio teacher, Zamzam brieved us about the steps to dissect the frog. It was the first time the class is so quite, cooperative and concentrate.

The students was divided into 4 groups. My group members are Chee Yiap, Tec, Chee Chong, Wee Sen, Gary, Jing Wen and I. The experiment is leaded by Surgeon Gan, he is the most circumspecting member in our group.

*As a respect to Mr Frog, i didn't upload all the pictures. I will try to transfer the video tape into computer. Overall it was an unforgettable experiment for me, can consider as the best. The first time i saw my classmates showed their cooperation. Sorry to God and Mr Frog because we had killed the frog for learning purpose. May God bless you. xD
